Incompetence at its best

Useless useless and more useless. I go there to cancel a contract on time and am advised no problem. Four months later get a call saying im in arrears of 3 months for 2 x phones.
phoned to sort it out and get told OK no problem within 7 to 10 working days will be resolved eish sorry sir we made a mistake.
then the next day get an SMS threatening me with legal action IS IT!
havnt heard a thing again since
no wonder the branch in Alberton City dissappeared
recommendation - dont go there its way to much headache and grief!
