Phone handed in for 5th time

I have retrieved and re booked my phone today at vodacom repair centre. I was very happy to go and collect my phone for the fourth time, it was a month since I last had it. While I was standing in the repair centre I tested my phone before the cashier. it is not fixed yet. I immediately handed my phone in, again. now I have to wait another 14 days before I will get my phone back.

The first time in:
First time in on Oct 23, software update.
Device not fixed.

2nd time in on 30 Oct.
sent to advance repair centre.
I collected it on 7 Nov
Device not fixed.

3rd time in on 7 Nov:
received no response for 6 or 7 days so I called repair centre to enquire and they told me someone had to call me to ask if I can bring the battery to the repair centre. I gave the battery on that same day to menlyn repairs.

4th time I handed the battery in on 14 Nov. They created a new job.
on 21 Nov 5:51 pm I received an sms to collect device. I collected it today 22 Nov. I tested device in front of cashier and discovered that it still does the same thing. I handed it in (for 5th time), Again.
DEVICE NOT FIXED

5th time in on 22 Nov. I will lose all my data and my talk at the end of this month.
