I sent my blackberry into Vodacom repairs Alberton as the phone continues to reset all the time non stop. I take it in and firstly the lady says to me I need a software upgrade! I told her it has been done already! She then says that she will book my phone in and see what is wrong, I call in the afternoon and she tells me that I can come fetch my phone. When I ask what is wrong with the phone she says she doesnt know they just replaced the battery and trackpad and LCD. thats not good enough, I get home and THE PHONE IS STILL NOT FIXED!!! So now my time must be wasted on this and also when I ask to do a back up they want to charge R100!!! this is ridiculous now I am sitting with a phone that is still not fixed and VODACOM ALBERTON says well bring it back! It is wasting my time! my phone is under warranty and I EXPECT the phone to be fixed because I pay for this phone on a monthly basis. I am disgusted in Vodacoms service!!!
