I am repulse by cell c. i received an sms from debtors collectors, claiming that cell c handed me over. I want to know how and why because I settled my account 3 years back with cell c and the number I was using is not even active. to make the situation even worse i phoned cell C and the agent put the phone down on me. This sms was not actually sent direct to me, it was sent to my cousin, how unproffessional are they, i am appauled by this please help me.
