Frustrated, don't know what more to do

I collected my phone from repairs for the third time in a month and some of the issues that it was sent in for to be repaired are still there. Also the lens was replaced on my phone and its coming loose already and its only been five days since I collected it for the third time. I just phoned the repair call centre to find out what I should do and was told that I have to book the phone in for repairs again. So I have to drive 70km again to return the phone and it seems like vodacom just couldn't care any less. This is really the worst service ever from any company I've ever dealt with. How many times must a phone go in for repairs before it gets fixed properly?
