I cancelled 2 of my lines last year (August) and paid cash for the cancellations. This morning Vodacom decided to help themselves to over R3000 from my bank account citing that there was an outstanding amount on the cancellation. I have all the statements and proof of payments for the cancellations and I WANT MY MONEY BACK TODAY!!!
