Another bunch of incompetent people

I applied for a laptop & Internet bundle (2gig stick). I get the laptop on Feb 8, the Internet is not working. Eventually after contacting mtn it starts working Feb 11. Feb 18 it stops working. Since we only had 800mb when we got the stick we gather we've finished our cap. Feb 20 it starts working again. Feb 21 it stops again. Last night contact MTN to find out we have an outstanding balance of R2000!!! After further investigations today we find out we owe them R850 for going over our cap and that its on open line. The contract we applied for was a 2gig capped!! I want to know how can i, in 6 days use up 800mb and R850 worth of Internet?? And no one can tell me on what that money went!! And then I'm told they can't put a limit on it. Firstly, the R850 can be paid by the person who messed up coz this is not the contract I applied for. Secondly, if this is not sorted out today then MTN can take their laptop and stick back because I'm NOT paying for something I didn't apply for.
