I called Vodacom accounts department around the 24/25th September and requested the cancellations department number, i asked the agent to cancel my debit order, on the same day i called teh cancellations department and they sent me a qoutation to pay R208.00 and also pay the subscription amount due for October. On the 30th September 2013 i made teh payment for the cancellation fee and suibscrption and sebnt the documents required for the cancellation and also sent the proof of payments, called the cancellations department who advised they have received everything andthey have logged my cancellation request. i called on the 1/10/2013 i called cancellations department asking about the airtime and she advised that because i pay in advance and have already paid when i paid the cancellation amount i can use the airtime however will lose my bundles.

the contract was canceled on the 4/10/2013. on the 19/11/2013 i received a statement saying i owe R384.00 but no one can explain why when i have paid the amount i was owing, the accounts depertment give different information and refer me to cancellation department. some say i get billed a month behind and i was billed on the 4/10/2013, why
