I requested a premature Cancellation for a 3 line that i have on contract.- As i don't require 3 contracts, it is too expensive.
I was advised by the Cancellations department to make a payment to the value of R3696.23 at a Vodacom shop; which i paid in cash on the 28/11/2013. The Cancellations department advised that my contract would be cancelled within 48 hours of payment, however i still received all my airtime and services on the 3 line on the 1/12/2013. I called the Cancellations department today to put a complaint through;the REF S3-T8I6Q-QDC8. Now i am stuck with another premium for this third line and i refuse to pay for it.
