With regards to ref: 375906 (cancellations)
Are you on purpose delaying my cancellation? I paid the amount due within 5 minutes of receiving the cancellation quote last week, but now the cancellation dept cant find the fax? The money shows in their acc, I have proof the paperwork was sent and delivered via fax as requested, but yet again vodacom shows how clueless and useless they are. Thank this is my last number that I have with Vodacom - cant wait to get rid of the poor service received from this "world class company".
