Installation new adsl line

I have ordered a new adsl line 2meg from telkom, maybe a month ago already. It was schedulled eventually for friday 22 feb 2013 just to find out that the same thing happenend as in the past they are phoning the wrong number. i hvaegiven them my new number maybe a 100 times already and its always the same excuse, they would have done the installation today and yetagain the technician phoned the wrong number. so still the installation was not done. everytime i speak to some one they ask for the new contact number and i give it tothem and still they phone the wrong number. i have lost two days of work waiting for telkom and now a ladyphones me and says it will be installed tomorrow because they got the new number only today after my third phone call to telkom. everytime they say they escalate the new number but nothing happens. please take your line and keep it, u think i can ask my boss again for another day of work??? i am not happy, really why dit i waist so many phone calls to telkom and nothing came of it??? i am paying for the phone calls and its from a cell phone how much is that going to be for nothing.
