As from Tuesday, 7 January 2013 I have no service on my Telkom line. The line is completly dead and my Adsl service is non existing. I have logged several faults with the Telkom call centre as well as reporting this using the online fault reporting service. So far no one from Telkom have contacted me and no technician appointed to restore my service. Clients and people are unable to contact me and I am unable to access the internet. This is really unacceptable. They have the wrong cell phone number as a contact number, which i just saw, following up on the complaint. We have this telkom line now - phone and adsl - from 2010, we submitted complaints about 100 times and still we have the same problems. I run my guesthouse business off this line and also the adsl, my son lost his place in the gaming team that he played with because of Telkom that does not fix the actual problem!!! and they do know what the actual problem is.
