Telkom bad service for a 3rd time this yea

Hi. I have a house in Port Edward. I ordered an ADSL line to be installed. I travelled all the way from Pretoria to Port Edward to facilitate the installation. I organized with everyone that I will be her until Thursday. The technician came last week Thursday to install a telephone line and he informed he will be back on Friday. I phoned the following Monday to be informed that they have no knowledge of an ADSL application. This is a holiday home, I do not need a phone line to make calls but an ADSL line for Internet. The installation was supposed to be the line and ADSL. My number is 0393191256

Total Incompetence. I sais I did not mind paying the R700 when they do the telephone line and ADSL together, The sales lady is incompetent and should be held liable for my costs.
