It is 11:24 now.
Yesterday I received an sms from telkom informing me that a technician will be coming to my house today to install my new adsl line - stating that it is a full day appointment. NO ONE has bothered to contact me with a time.
On phoning telkom I spoke to a lady by the name of Thembheka who gave me a technician's phone number. I spoke to a Louis who was very upset that Telkom gave me his cell phone number and said that he will phone me back. I have not heard from him again.
I honestly hope that this is not a sign of things to come.
NOW i just received an sms stating that the installation will be tomorrow!!!
