Appointments for installation not met and honored

Telkom was supposed to install my adsl and telephone line on the 28th of Desember 2012 but never showed up. Telkom then phoned again on 4 January 2013 and scheduled a new date for installation on 7January 2013. Again the appointment was not met and the technician from Telkom never arrived. Today is now 13 January 2013 and I haven't heard anything from Telkom and the telephone line & ADSL are still not installed. Worst still, I am still paying the monthly rental to Telkom for a telephone and ADSL line via debit order, without having a telkom telephone and ADSL line at my new house. My address is 10A The Ring, Lynnwood, Pretoria, 0081. The Telkom order number for the telephone line and ADSL line installation is: 1735612/31. Please assist.
