My BlackBerry Bold 9900 started giving me problems in December 2012 so I took it to Cell C Centurion Mall to be fixed. The phone would for no apparent reason continuously switch off and reboot by itself. Cell C Centurion Mall suggested that a software upgrade would solve the problem. The did the software upgrade, but it still did the same. They then said the phone has to be sent in for repairs which they did. I collected the phone after 2 weeks, but still the same problem. They suggested that the phone be sent in again for repairs and I requested a replacement phone as the phone is still under warranty and it is insured through Cell C. I was really cheesed off with their poor service by that time. I got back the phone (the same phone and not a new phone) on Sunday 24 February 2013 and the phone is still not in working order. I took it back to the store on the same day and I couldn'tbelieve it as they wanted to send it in again for who knows what. I pay a lot of money every month for something that I can't use and request your assistance to get a new handset out of these people.
