I have a secondary Sim Card on my Data account. last week it stopped working and I enquired from teh call centre. They said that the SIm card was not Rica'd. The SIm card was RICA'd and I was told it would be rectified that day. After a week I tried again and it was still not working. I phoned the call centre again yesterday. The agent told me he could not get access to MTN's sytem and he would contact me. Still no feedback and the SIM card is still not working.
