Cell C
Sim swap

I lost my sim card on the 9th November 2013 around 7pm on my way from Clearwater mall, when I get to jhb cbd I bought a sim card and rica it, I was told that they can't procces a sim swap if the sim was registered for rica.

Today morning I went to cell c store to buy a sim card, AROUND 19:30PM I phoned again to request a sim swap, I was asked to confirm my name, surname and id number . was told that sim was not registered under my name, which really suprice me because initially when I get my number I got it from the store where they asked for my id and proof of residential. AND after two weeks my sim was lost and I went to cell Clearwater and they procces my sim swap using my id and my proof of residential.

There's airtime, data and sms that i'm loosing now and seems like the 2ic keabetswe don't mind about that because she told me that the only way for me to get my number back I must get the person who initially rica the sim card. where do I start really?

Please assist I want my number back, I DONT THINK IS MY PROBLEM THAT THE SIM CARD WAS NOT RICA'D UNDER MY NAME BECAUSE I DID PROVIDE THE DOC'S THAT WERE NEEDED BY THE TIME I PURCHASE THE SIM.
