I went to the store to buy a vodacom sim card in order to port my number, they requested that the sim card be rica'd with the required documents and this was done. When I tried to port my number to vodacom I was told the sim card was not rica'd. I went back to the store to enquire what went wrong. That was when I was given bad attitude by Vivian something about how wrong I was and that the sim was rica'd, I spent an hour at the shop trying to get her to listen and take the matter seriously as I did not want to buy another sim that could be rica'd wrong... all she could do was just raise her nose and voice at me, eventually bought another sim and rica'd it just to get out of that store. this is the sim card number of the sim concerned: 89784500000001965696.

Please train your staff on how to handle customer complaints and queries, if they do not know something - let them say and stop acting prideful and stupid... makes one to never want to shop at the store again.
