I am so disappointed in Cell C... Actually I am not sure who to blame??? Cell C or iBurst???

I got a 3G card from iBurst (Cell C) - 2G...
I got it on the 15th of January... battled to connect the card for a week... eventually I phoned them
On Friday 25th January 2013... Phone tried to short the problem for the whole of Friday. l told them
I want this card to be activated ASAP. They debited my account to be exact on the 15th January 2013 already???
Connection fee of R199 & R87 (pro-rata data)
Friday came and gone... Saturday comes and still no activation on card??
I phoned them and they told me that the card was not yet RICA... I mean really from the 15th January to 25th January and the card is not be RICA???

Monday come and after I have send IBurst a mail thy phoned me and told me there is a "fault "on the card... we will replace it still today.
Good just after 14:00 on Monday got my new card.
Activated the card and got an report when I have inserted the card... you have 275MB on the card???
WDF??? I paid pro-rata an amount of R87.00 and my monthly payment of R99 for 2G how do they get that???
