Re-activation of data sim

After settling my account, I enquired at the 8ta store as to how long it would take for the account to be re-activated and was told it would take 24 hours. The following day I again went to the 8ta store and was told it could take up to 72 hours but that I should call customer services to find out the status of the re-activation. I called them and was then told it would take between 5 to 7 working days, but as the payment was reflected on the account, it would be escalated and should be working first thing this morning. Again I called and was informed that the account was still suspended and this time I was lucky enough to speak to Aiden Davids, one of the number of support consultants of the 8ta call centre.

Aiden worked his magic and within 2 hours my account was up and working without a single problem, I don't know how he did it, but somehow he managed to offer me a service that was beyond my expectations and has renewed my faith in the service offered.
