I recently purchased a Samsung S3 cell phone through Virgin Mobile on my boyfriends name, Not even 3 weeks after purchase the cellphone charger is faulty and not charging the phone. I emailed Sindy and she replied that a cell phone charger falls under an accessory and that it can only be replaced in the first 7 days there after I will need to purchase a new one. I find this completely unacceptable as clearly they issued me a faulty charger if it is not even three weeks after purchase and it stops working. I find this completely ridiculous for a company to treat their new clients and I sincerely regret moving from Vodacom as they would never treat their clients that way. Poor Poor service and I will make sure that everyone knows about it too and stays with Vodacom rather than moving to a company who just doesn't give a. My boyfriend is with Vodacom and accidently uploaded 4G of data while not connected to WiFi recently- the bill came to R5000.00 he contacted them and they credited more than half the bill even though it was his error.
