Plus, minus three weeks ago, I complained about the facility at Middelburg - Mpumalanga. To date, I have received no feedback whatsoever. One of the complaints was regarding the pool, which was out of order and so cold that swimming was out of the question. The situation is still the same, and now the pool access gates are locked. This means that for a month now, I have been unable to use and train in the pool. Therefore, I would request Virgin Active to compensate me for the poor service that has prevented me from swimming and training. The other complaints covered the poor neglected state of the training equipment and the hygienic circumstances.
Once again, I would wait for Virgin's feedback in this regard.
