I have had endless problems with Blue security technicians THEY NO ABSOLUTELY ZERO about alarm systems. The company is using very cheap products which does not last longer than a month for example their alarm batteries and when you call to complain its the same damn story you need to install a backup but bearing in mind you had the system for 6 years and it worked fine with loadshedding and now they install a battery one month later not working and then you need to pay them a few thousand more to put a backup. The reason it worked for 6 years is a private electrician was replacing a good quality battery. So get private guys or anyone other security company but Blue unless you want to lose alot of sleep, money and you could be at risk as they products and workmanship is absolutely 100% PATHETIC
