Slow uncapped speeds not resolved

I am disappointed with uncapped 3g from mtn from the 1st of February 2013 3g speeds are rubbish u get 0 to 4kbps cant do anything DIAL UP was even faster. Complaining doesn't help 808 1555 n coverage are useless there are over 20 complaints on here FROM ALL PARTS OF SA with THE SAME PROBLEM n all mtn's response is by saying call or email coverage or that there are a lot of people using or u are throttled. In the contract it clearly states that your speed will drop to 256kbps n 348kbps when you throttled it says nothing about from 0 (zero) to 128 kbps.i think the only way MTN will sort this problem out is if I go to the media.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT BEFORE THE 1ST OF FERUARY 2013 THERE WAS NO PROBLEM WITH SPEEDS AND THAT THERE OVER 20 OR MORE PEOPLE ON HERE THAT WILL AGREE WITH ME.

This means that once they have used 3GB or 10GB of internet, their connection speed will be limited to 256kbps for MTN Uncapped Lite and 384kbps for MTN Uncapped Internet Pro for the remainder of their billing month
