I bought a baby carrier at clicks baby but nobody can find this purchase on my club number. I exchanged the product for a lightweight safeway stroller that no person must buy. this purchase also do not appear on my clubcard number and i did not receive a receipt with my exchange although the proof is there that it was bought at Clicks Canalwalk as the sticker barcode everythin on the stroller box. I have laid a complaint as the exchange happened in August but Clicks Canalwalk cannot find the Cash purchase document. The Safeway stroller - the front wheel popped off while we were overseas and to late we discovered as the bus left already. we had a this stoller overseas with only 3 wheels for 3 weeks upon our return went to Clicks CanalWalk beginning November to discover nobody could assit. I have send complaint to customer service who decided to close the complaint but my problem has not been resolved, this stroller cost R2199 but a hazard to any child as the straps is popping while baby is in the stroller when you walk the other wheel pops off. Since Beginning November until now we are struggling to obtain a solution. We did not get a receipt from the Manager on the day that assisted me as my mistake but Clicks should have this Cash purchase on their system but they make excuses they cannot fine the purchase. thier inventory should show a sale as well on their system but nobody is assisting in this reqard. I took the stroller back to Clicks Canalwalk on 03/12/2023 as and Simone the manager has now been trying to assist after several attempts for Clicks staff to understand my frustration as everytime there is one excuse after the next. I would like a refund of my money as soon as possible as I cannot understand that they cannot find this sale on their system at Canalwalk.
