Purchased a Samsung Galaxy 3 phone, paid with E bucks. Power adaptor, not local and phone does not charge and battery is always dead. Ebucks refuse to replace the phone after two days, and say they will send a local charger. Its not the charger thats faulty, its the phone. Use the USB to charge, surely thats why you get the USB.
Ebucks do not offer any service to replace something they send thats faulty.
All I want is what I have paid for fully to be in working order, whats the use of it to me if its does not work.
Disgusted and wont have anything to do with Ebucks ever again.
Be careful what you purchase as you may as well throw your ebucks away.
