I purchased a brand new iphone 5. I wanted to charge my new purchase but the charger did not work. I went in to try and sort this problem out. They tested the phone on another charger and it worked so it was clearly a faulty charger. They still insisted that i have to hand in my entire handset and be without a phone for at least a week instead of just replacing the charger. Now i need to purchase a new charger for an additional cost of R400.
