Unauthorized billing

My mother-in-law is 80 years old and has had an account with Miladys for over 40 years, which she pays diligently. She is billed R17.00 monthly for booklets she never receives and has no knowledge of. She has been battling for a year now to get it removed from her account. They stop it for a month and then start billing it again. They are unhelpful, and these are fraudulent practices.
