We have been struggling for the last 2 years to get assistance in loss in support claim due to the loss of my father. I have been going to Menlo Park RAF with my mother and was the informed after almost two years that the file is missing. We had to re-submit, back and forth to Menlo park and unfortunately we are not getting assistance, all we get is that the file is still active. A supervisor by the name of Shane Roux promised to escalate the matter as it's been two years but now he has been avoiding us when we go there. This is absolute madness. The staff is unfriendly and rude except for one gentlemen by the name of Neo.
