My previous contract (term) my Blackberry had to be returned for repairs 3 times, however that issues was eventually resolved.
my new contract phone Samsung S3 I upgraded 3 January 2013 within my first week I found the phone to be FAULTY camera wouldn't work and phone would switch onto silent constantly. I took it back to MTN Steenberg who swapped the handset ONLY as this was within the 7 day period. Now the charger is faulty which i reported to MTN Steenberg they refused to swap it and want to send it for repairs HOWEVER they want my cellphone too!!! the charger is faulty not my phone so now I have to sit without a cellphone (AGAIN) for 2 weeks because my charger is faulty... That is RIDICULOUS i'm sorry!
I have been a client with MTN for years now this is the second handset i'm having issues with!!! The charger is faulty from the original faulty S3 this is unacceptable i refuse to send my cellphone away and be without a phone for 2 weeks... Why do I have to resort to complaints in order to get any assistance from MTN.
