I upgraded my contract in December for one of those specials that include a tv. When I upgraded i was told I should recieve the tv by 1st week of January. On wednesday I called MTN lakeside mall to find out what is going on. The guy that answered the phone said he would find out and contact me. I have tried calling them back numerous times as no one got back to me, and there is no answer.
I want a response asap otherwise I might as well cancel the contract. The least they can do is get to me and I would have been happy.
Very disappointed.
