POOR SERVICE - AGAIN!

I have complained about Autopage before and they promised to 'up' their game. This time I will cancel my contract and never use them again. I have upgraded in the beginning of April and have called numerous times to find out where my phone is after they promised me I would have it in a week. It has been a month and no one responds to emails or calls me back as they promised. I have spoken to 5 different people with 5 different stories, first it is the invoicing that they cannot fix then they moved their warehouse then they have issues with their courier. They cannot even trace my phone once I have given them my tracking nr. They state to 'find out' what is going on and where my phone is and to call me back but they never do. I will cancel my contract and never use them again. This is not the first time I have had issues with Autopage.
