Nashua Mobile Fourways - Poor Service

On Wednesday, the 10 of April I upgraded a contract. I was told by the sales consultant that i would recieve my upgraded handheld device on Friday the 12 April. I went into the store on Saturday the 13th of April to pick up my device and i was told that they dont have the phone yet. I was not told how long it would take, i just got a bad attitude as if they were doing me a favour by getting the phone for me. I have tried calling the fourways branch atleast 20 times to find out the progress on the delivery of my phone but there is no answer. So my question is why is it that i should pay for something that i do not have. There was no communication watsoever from the store to give me an update or inform me that there is a delay in the delivery process. This is not the first time that i am having an issue with Nashua Mobile. Their service in general is disgusting.
