I have put my complaint in December 2013 already regarding my contract, 1 of 2 phone contract I have. I am still waiting for a response. I have called twice in December and once in January. I got my Blackberry upgraded. Internet was free on my last contract. I was told I will pay X amount, get an upgraded phone and that's that. I am now being charged for my internet usage. Never once did you say my package would change just that I would pay more assuming because the phone is better. I now pay more for the phone and pay for my internet too. This is one of many (15) issues I have had to deal with regarding Virgin Mobile in 6 months. 1st you invoice me incorrectly, promise you will get back to me on 2 different occasions. The service is shocking. Why must I follow up while you fork money out my account? Either you change my package back to the way it was or I cancel both phones with immediate effect.. period.
