I received an sms about a month ago stating that my contract was upgraded ect... went to the police got affidavit ect... problem was solved. However up to date, after numerous e mails and calls... my contract that was upgraded is still in that new contract of another 24 months. I requested numerous times, I want to cancel it immediately and only go prepaid... no response... only that forensics will call me which has not happened.. Went to the shop where I applied, manager e mailed Vodacom... Still waiting... I want immediate effect cancelled and prepaid... the contract was ending December...
