Can someone give me an answer?!?!?!

I've had a 3G contract with 8ta since June 2012 (Internet promo 5, 10Gb a month for R199). I got a job offer abroad and wanted to inquire about cancelling the contract. I phoned the billing department of 8ta, and they tell me i must go to the store. I go to the Fourways store and they assure me i got it wrong - i need to phone the billing department. I phone the billing department and sorry ma-am, i must go to the store and query about this. Now my husband goes to the Sandton 8ta store (what's the point of going to Fourways again and get the same answer) and guess what the answer is?!?!??! Yay! i must phone billing!!!

Are you kidding me? What is this terribly bad service?? You think i have time to run around like that just to ask what happens if i cancel the contract due to immigration?

I am leaving in February and demand that my contract gets cancelled as at 31 Jan 2013 without any charges accrued to me.

Oh and should i add that the quality is terrible as well? When i just installed it in June, the speed was reasonable. Now im getting speeds up to 4mbps download and 2 upload.

I expect someone from 8ta dept to get back to me, and provide a solution!
