I upgraded my phone to the new Nikia Lumia 610 on Friday 11 January 2013, only to find out that the camera-function is not working. I returned to MTN Mall@Redds on Monday 14 January to advise them of the problem, and that I cannot seem to access the internet. They advised me that they will replace my phone due to the warranty, but that they do not have any in stock and that I must return on Thursday 17 Jan.
I have returned on the 17th, still with no replacement phone at their side, but they took my phone in due to returns policy.
Since then, I have phone numerous times to enquire about my replacement phone, but with no success, as they keep on Blaming MTN for not delivering phones to them.
I have lodged 3 complaints on the MTN Customer service website - Ref no. 1655383, 1660553 and 1665488 the past week - but still with NO feedback from MTN whatsoever.
It is now 2 weeks since I have upgraded my contract, it's the 26th of January, and still I have no phone, no feedback at all from MTN and I am really going to try my best to cancell my contract with MTN as they clearly do not care about their customer's needs, nor do they attend to any complaints!!!
