CANCELLATION OF AN UPGRADED CONTRACT

I went to Clearwater Mall end of March 2013 to upgrade my contract. Ended up taking the Blackberry Z10 on MTN.I am not happy with the contract as MTN has cut major data plans so the phone is actually useless to me. I went back to Autopage to complain and inform them that I am not happy with the contract and I want to cancel it and finish my old contract so that I can then cancel everything. I was told that they are not allowed to cancel the contract and that I need to contact their head office. They gave me the number of their head office. I contacted their head office and explained the whole situation to them. They were very helpful and told me that if I am not happy with the contract that I am allowed to cancel the contract, and that Autopage at Clearwater mall has to help me. I then e-mailed Autopage at Clearwater mall as I dont have time to ride there everyday and wait in their long lines all the time. I explained to them that I want to cancel my contract and that I did contact their head office and was told that they had to help me. This was in the beginning of April. To this date I have received NO help or replies from this Autopage. Highly unhappy with their service.
