BAD SERVICE

I was due for an upgrade at the end of January, I went to MTN N1 City Mall Branch to move my package to a laptop deal. I was told that i had to do a migration to a data package 1st before i could get a laptop upgrade, i got told it could take up to 7 working days and got told that i was going to get a call or sms, i didnt have a problem with that! when the 7th working day arrived (no sms or call) i went in store only to get told the consultant wasnt there that helped me and that his the only person that could help me, so if his that special why is the others working there??? I mean common now... why couldnt somebody else help me... today is the 14th of Feb, i was there on the 1st of Feb... and im STILL waiting!!!
