Incomplete Migration

I was due for an upgrade round about the middle of December 2012, i went in to do my upgrade and had changed my package to accommodate the iPad that i wanted, the benefits of the package i chose was a 1 Gig Cap of data, which was promised by the consultant that i would be capped once ive used my 1 Gig for the month, a couple of weeks later i had gone into store with a friend to do a sim swop for him, i then asked the consultant to check whats my payment per month, she then checked and told me my migration has not taken place and it shows i have a laptop package and blackberry talk 100 which i am still paying for, consultant adv me to call cust care to resolve matter, i adv that its not my problem to resolve so can it please be sorted, consultant then adv that i must wait till the end of the month for some reason and it should be resolved automatically, still not fixed, I now have January bill of R349 and a February Bill of round about R1600 from where i have no clue! spoke to cust care adv i have data usage of almost R1000 but i was told i have a 1 gig CAP, i feel i was actually just to because i was promised the changes would take effect and nothing has still beeen done!
