Your service is shocking shocking shocking. I took out a new contract with you on 17 Jan and found there was no cell signal at my house so took the phone back on the 18th Jan. I'm still waiting for it to change over to prepaid. We are now 1 Feb and still cant even receive a call when I'm at home. I have phoned and phoned and phoned. Begged and pleaded for you to honour my rights to cancel the contract within the 7 day and somehow gets ignored and promised a different date each time. The final date I got was 31 Jan and patiently waited for this but just to call today again and told nothing was done and all the managers and team leaders have gone home. I'm at my wits end that nothing has been done to assist me.
