I was due on upgrade on my data number and had to get a new laptop so i upgraded the 18 of December on the laptop with data package approved in store no problem laptop worth R13900 R799 wi fi router and 3gig data R800 rand per month my ave spend by Vodacom on phone and data /- R2500 per month before new laptop wanted to premature upgrade 2 days after my laptop upgrade on the handset i am on a talk 1000 (need the minutes) but no way i can upgrade to a new smart large package of 250minutes i want the red vip limitless calls and sms i was told because my creditscore but how did i get approved 2 days before on the laptop top package but could not get the handset spoke to 6 difrent people send 2 e mail explaining the problem no one returned a call or mail bad news Vodacom. I was dooped into 2 more years with you on the laptop if i knew this i would have never upgraded to the laptop and went to another service provider i think a customer have some rights after more than 10 years as a customer this is how you get treated thanks
