Lack of customer skills and bad attitude

I have being using vodacom ever since 1998/99. Never received free air time, never won any competion and all I get is some telesales calls from this rude people. I have refused 3 to 4 times this talk 120 package because of their rudeness. Firstly I dont get to hear their names because they are in such a rush, they cut me short when I want to ask something I did not hear well the worst is when I ask about the cancelation fee its as if I opened a topic that should never be talked about. I get one answear and matter closed and if I try to open it again I get " Why would you want to cancel a good deal"? Hello I dont want to cancel it but I want to be informed about all sides of the contract. I want the deal because I buy atleast R800 to R1000 rand of air time every month but I dont want to be made feel like am am senseles. They make me think of getting a new service provider...
