I was due for my upgrade, so i went to MTN. Day One - I was told the that they were off-line and i need to come back tomorrow. Day Two - I was told that i cannot upgrade from a voice package to a data package, i need to do a new contract. I did the application and my husband asked whether his banking details can be used for the laptop, the consultant advised that it was not a problem at all. Then he hands over the application to another consultant to complete Ntombi. Day Three - We go back to the store to be advised that their printer wasnt working and therefore the application was not sent through. Day Four - wasted. Day Five - We received a call to say that the application was approved and we needed to come in. We get there, signed all forms and when we needed to change the banking details Ntombi advised that it could not be done as my current upgrade was now linked to the new application. We were totally furious. We now have to do a transfer of ownership for the banking details to be changed. If so many consultants did not assist on one application there wudnt have been a confusion/misunderstnding. I find the service unaccepta
