My name atif khan. order a laptop feom cell c direct and i recived it on15/0/13, and it jad some problem because i could not log on internet. i spoke with customer care they told me that i must tat ake it to cell c shop wich is a frenchise store. innitialy the the staff there eas not happy to help me because i didnt get laptop from them and they told me they dont help oe work on these type of deal because i didnt get laptop from them but some how they agree to help me but 2 days they tried but laptop still not working. wich i rwported to cell c and they told me they will orgnise courier to collect from me. i spoke to elizebeth a t cell c technical dept on 20/07/13 and she told me in between 3days courier will collect my laptop for repair but today is 1 whole week passed and nobody came to collect my laptop and as a customer i am frustrated very unhappy abot the service i am recieving from cell c. ref no wich elizebeth gave me is. 13072600000100492
