Upgrade HP pavilion M6

I have gone to mtn to get an upgrade on my contract last Wednesday. The lady helped me and told me that the laptop would come within 7 working days. As of today it has been 8 working days. Even tho this is not long, I am still very Disappointed. I phoned the MTN shop on wednesday and I was told deliveries would be made on Friday. Meaning today. I phoned once again and I was told there are no HP laptops and that they would contact me when it comes. Previously on the same contract I took out a phone. No one ever contacted me. I phoned them to find out that my phone is ready for collection. That is why I keep on phoning to find out if the laptop is there or not. I understand that there is a wating period to get stock of a certain product, but really? How long can you make the customer wait for the product? I am a FULL-OUT mtn person but this is very bad for your image. I have considered cancelling the upgrade and moving to vodacom. As theyave the stock on hand if I want to open a data contact with them. Please guys. Speed up the process. You will win more business that way.
