Bad service

I went for a upgrade on my vodacom data deal to game boksburg. They did the whole upgrade and said I must choose the laptop that I want to upgrade to. I paid the R150 upgrade fee and they gave me the modem that was included in the upgrade deal. Only after the whole deal was done they told me that they didnt have the specific laptop in stock and that they only have the demo one on display and that they would have to order one for me the following tuesday. I am waiting now for 15 days already and everytime you phone them they do not know what is happening and everyone want to transfer you from the one department to the next, when they say that they will go see if they have receive any stock of it they never phone me back. It has been so frustrating that I even asked to speak to the manager of the game branch, But she only listened for a while and passed the phone over to the rep at the cellphone department and I could only hear she told the person 'HERE IS ANOTHER ONE!) Makes you wonder how many people has the same issues as I have with this lack of service from them.
