Upgrade mess

I upgraded my contract online this week, and requested an iPhone 5. The deal on the website stated no upgrade fee and no sim fee. The phone arrives with no sim. I phone the call centre only to be told the no sim fee thing only applies to new contracts. Well, I am a loyal customer of Vodacom for many years. Why should I be penalised for choosing to remain with Vodacom and now being forced to go to a branch and buy a new sim where a NEW customer does not get charged for a sim (this according to Amanda in your call centre)? Furthermore, why does it state in the UPGRADE process that there is no sim charge? Why bother doing an online upgrade from the comfort of my office if I have to go to a branch at the end of the day anyway? So now i have a nice shiny new iPhone which is totally useless until I can get to a Vodacom shop to get the sim. Nice one, Vodacom!
