Online upgrade not possible

On the 18th of October 2013 I received an e-mail from Vodacom stating the following:

"Dear Valued Customer,

Great news! Your cellphone number, 0716431279 is now due for an Upgrade.

Upgrade today from the comfort of your home or office. Do it online and we'll make sure you smile with FREE next-day delivery to your door*

We are spoiling you with choice, see our stylish deals below."

When I try to upgrade online my application is declined. I phoned customer care, online services, upgrades department and even went to Vodaworld. Nobody could help me. All they say is that my upgrade is not due yet and gives me various dates on witch I can upgrade. I am very upset about the bad service I get from Vodacom, I have 4 contracts with them and pay R3000 every month, but clearly Vodacom doesn't value me as a customer.
